All immunoglobulin indications (including primary immunodeficiency) within national guidance (opposite) specified as first-line therapy (coloured red) or specified as equal first-line therapy with another medicine(s) (coloured blue) are approved for use within NHS Highland. Requests for all other indications should follow non-Formulary processes.
